We came here for breakfast with a large group y2 days in a row. It's a great place to get a quick breakfast that is cheap and good. I always ordered what they promote on the window. It tastes good and it has that home made taste. The place can get super full during 9 to 11 am. There was only one waitress and she was going 1000 miles an hour. She was nice and always got our food while it was hot even if she had 10 other customers to tend to. You dont wait long even if it's really full. I will eat here next time we stay in this area.

Bruce was a great host. He laughed with us, talked with us and was genuine about engaging us as normal people and customers to. #theartofcustomerservice

After dinning in having a tuna melt and a cup of coffee. I asked to have a large to go cup for coffee because I didn't have time or feel like sitting there to drink my full share of coffee (usually 3-4 cups) at this point I had barley finished 1/2 cup and I wanted to go. Unbelievable!Owners wife charged me again for cup of Coffee to go. When I brought it to her attention she defended the double charge for coffee to go. I tried to reason with her, she would not see it my way and just talked about 'her costs' I asked her if she was sure she wanted to charge me that way.... As it turned out I ended up drinking the coffee to go at the table (before I ever got the bill). I payed the bill with a $20 without seeing a check. When I got the change I realized I had been over charged. I tipped her my normal 30% and told her I didn't want to discuss it anymore and that I wouldn't be back. Penny wise pound foolish. I eat out ALL the time. I don't cook, I am new to this part of town and had eaten here 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Guess I'll be going to Conrad's from now on.
